IFRS 13 says if there is difference between transaction price at the time of initial recognition and fair value, the difference will be treated as per the relevant IFRS else the difference will be charged to Statement of P/L. Pl clarify how the difference be treated under IFRS 9.Thanks.

It is factory building and subsidiary has production facility in it. Part of the building is used by Parent also.

Thanks Marek. But in case where the lease period is in perpetuity since the control will exist for indefinite period, what will be the lease term to recognise and measure the RoU Asset and lease liability.
