Hi All,

I understand that UK exit from Brexit could have some exemptions removed like requirement to prepare consolidation of accounts for UK companies having EU parent companies. Where can i get more information about this applicability and from when will this change affect UK companies.

Yes it is a primary indicator that there exist a lease. Hi Leo, Since your company has the right to purchase the whole of electricity produced by the supplier, therefore it seems that the company obtains substantially all of the economic benefit from the contract. I need some pragmatic approach taken for inter group companies that are fully funded by their parent companies.
Is group discount rate appropriate as starting point to determine the entity's incremental borrowing rate.

This is a situation common with intergroup companies with one company having the agreement with external party and the other group companies using the asset.
