Re: Licences
Hi Marek,
Thank you again, so I understand that if it's a licence on premise, so it's an intangible asset. Howerver, if its a Saas, it should be treated under IFRS16 as a software lease, is my understanding correct?
Thank you.

Re: Licences
Great help really !
So, what's your opinion on the differences? if it was Saas or if it was on-premise?
For me, both should be treated as intangible assets under IAS38 no?

Re: IFRS15 Term licences
Might I take the opportunity to ask, from the customer point of view, this licence should be booked under IAS38 as an intangible assets and amortised over the life of the contract is that correct?
This shouldn't be under IFRS16 right?

Thank you for your accounting schemes !
What I meant by current account, is a intercompany current account which is nil in consolidation level.
You are right.

Re: swap hedge negotiated with a bank in order to hedge the Company's exposure in USD
Hi Marek, Thank you for your response. Sorry if I wasn't precise. When the foreign entities transfer USD to the mother company based in Europe, the mother company has a current debt in USD vis à vis to foreign entities. The mother company enters into a swap contract with banks in order to eliminate ...

Hi everyone, A quick question, do you know that if a company gave to its managers some free shares, which will be exercised in two years' time but not yet exercised, so not in the capital add-in. IFRS5
Hi guys,
We have a subsidiary that we would like to sell and the auditors ask us to classified it as IFRS5. By the way, all criteria are met.
Is the application of IFRS5 mandatory ? If the management didn't want to, is that possible to not do it?
THank you.

Re: IFRS2 - cash settled payment
I do have a further question on your example of alternative payments. If we have to measure the liability at fair value each year, does that mean that we have to restate the liability already at the end of the first year? So, the fair value of the phantom share at the end of the first year might not...

Hi Marek, Thank you. In my case, phantom shares are fully paid in cash. Does that mean that I have to reevaluate those phantom shares at fair value at each closing date? But, taking an example of phantom shares, if I underst...
