IFRS5
Hi guys,
We have a subsidiary that we would like to sell and the auditors ask us to classified it as IFRS5. By the way, all criteria are met.
Is the application of IFRS5 mandatory ? If the management didn't want to, is that possible to not do it?
THank you.

Re: IFRS2 - share based payment
I do have another question though, I couldn't find the answer in any documentation. The free shares are exercised within one year period after issued, but the vesting period is 4 years (because the performance condition was defined in paper for 4 years). So, from my understanding, as the shares are ...

Hi everyone, I have a question concerning a share-based plan, specifically on the accounting entry schemes at the exercise date. Take a plan with a vesting period of three years for example. Re: IFRS2 - cash settled payment
I do have a further question on your example of alternative payments. If we have to measure the liability at fair value each year, does that mean that we have to restate the liability already at the end of the first year? So, the fair value of the phantom share at the end of the first year might not...

Re: IFRS2 - cash settled payment
Hi Marek, Thank you. In my case, phantom shares are fully paid in cash. Does that mean that I have to reevaluate those phantom shares at fair value at each closing date? Hi, I would like to ask you a question on cash-settled payments (IFRS2). But, taking an example of phantom shares, if I underst...

Thank you Marek, it amazes me that what you have just concluded in a short time was exactly the reason of my struggles lol So, if not 100% upfront as revenue, what would be in your opinion, the type of revenue that I have to defer over the life of the contract? Hi, I would like some opinion on the accounting of domain names. Re: IFRS15 first time application
Hi,
I've found the answer to my question.
First-time adopters must apply the full retrospective method with its expedients.
In my case, that would be at 01/09/2018. Before that date, all completed contracts under previous GAAP, will not be transitioned in IFRS15.
Thank you
