Transaction costs for abandoned capital raise

Post by MarnusNel »

Much has been written about this and I have read various comments. If a transaction is abondened and flows through PL, what other disclosure are needed? MDA, FN's etc or just buried in the general legal costs? Regulation S-K doesnt seem to reveal too much on what is needed from a foreighn issuer.

I see you managed to edit the tile :) BTW it is your browser that manages spelling mistakes, not the websites that you visit

Coming back to your question: there are no specific disclosure requirements in IFRS. As for MD&A, these are usually governed by local law, so make sure to check there!

What is MNA, FN and Regulation S-K...??

Given you're asking the question, are the costs of the abandoned transaction individually material?
