A lease agreement was entered into on 1st November, 2018 for a lease term of 5 years. Monthly payment is UGX 5,000,000 and a prepayment was made for 33 months ie 165,000,000. The increamental borrowing rate is 10% at the date of initial adoption of IFRS 16, what is the ROU asset and lease liability as at 01/01/19?
