Broker warrants for Financial liability at Fair value through P/L

So I have some units that were issued in a private placement which consist of a common share and a warrant. The warrants were classified as derivative liabilities and the common shares as equity. In connection with this private placement, broker warrants with a fair value of $45,000 were issued to a broker. so my question is , should we allocate the broker warrants' fair value between the common shares and the warrant derivative liability i.e splitting the fair value of the broker warrants between share issuance costs in equity and the other portion for the derivative liability going to profit and loss?
