As in, you paid a premium up front and then effectively zero for the remainder of the lease term?

For an agreed term, the consideration will be minimal (like £1 or something)

What other terms are there, besides the minimal ongoing payment?

Without understanding the terms of these leases, you won't be able to account for them properly.
